Wobbly cam pulley!?

I know its not gonna be good news but, i noticed the other day that having run the engine up only a couple of times since rebuilding it with a new cam that the cam pulley is wobbling like a buckled bike wheel
Its a 2l pinto.
Whats the diagnosis, have i spun or bent the cam?
Steve.

is it the whole pulley or just the tin plate on the back??

The tin plate "always does that"

the cast pulley bit shouldn't

Is it the standard pulley or is it an after market vernier pulley . i had a similar problem with a vernier pulley where it did the same thing rectifield by shimming out the pulley and was fine after that.

It is the the original, rusty, cast one. I thought it was just the tin plate on the back but its hard to focus on just the wheel. I think its all moving. The Woodruf key is in bythe way
