Hopefully I will remain an honorary member of the luego owners club. I will still be attending the shows as the company and beer is always good.

I daresay that when you get withdrawal symptoms there may be a Viento owner or two that will give you a ride so that you can see what your missing. How's the new project? Is it the Terrapin? Mel

The terrapin with a redesigned rear end , possibly using an audi engine and box.

One or two other tasks first to improve my welding then look for a cheep Audi.

We held our project progress meeting last Wednesday (first time in the mechanics suite) and the Viento was shown to the group as an example of what can be achieved. There were many questions and lots of enthusiasm and we identified some jobs we want to do.
It was interesting to see the various reactions when I fired the motor up (indoors)
