Can I send photos as proof of amateur build on a CD to VOSA with my application or do they have to be signed printed photos? Had a search but can't find it but am sure someone had sent a build diary or blog as proof on CD.

Also, how many should I send if hard copies?

Sent my application off two weeks ago with 6 hard photo`s and a cd with loads on. Came back with no questions asked!!Doubt they even look at them.
6 days to go for the IVA.

I sent a few pages with smaller versions of key pictures from my build manual in a collage type format with a note saying build manual will be presented with the car at the IVA. No issues at all.
