Stoneleigh (First UK bank holiday in May) is probably regarded as the better show...
2010 Kit Car Shows
Detling Show - April 4-5 (Easter)
Stoneleigh Show - May 2-3
Newark Show - June 19-20
Stafford Show - September 18-19
Exeter Show - October 23-24

What happened to the Harrogate show? When was that last on?
It looks at this moment in time like european promotions have dropped the harrogate show this year, also looks like the peterborough show has gone
too.

I don't think the Harrogate show has been on for the last couple of years.
Detling is the first of the year, haven't been for a few years so not sure what it is like now.
If you're going to do one it has to be the Stoneleigh show.
There's not been a Harrogate show for the last 3 years. Peterborough show was revived in 2008 but cancelled last year. Donnington has been
advertised but cancelled for the last couple of years.
Stoeleigh is the one not to miss. Newark is good for club activity but not so big for exibitors. Stafford is a nice setting but only small.

Will be missing Detling because it's too far South.
I'll be at Stoneleigh, already have the leave booked at work!
You'll never catch me at another steaming pile of Newark. Too far, too small and heavily subsidised with wooden toy trains and craft and sweet
stalls. Not paying a tenner for that!!
Stafford isn't too bad probably because it's not too far from me but there's little in displays and more of the owners cars on display.

Not sure I'd trust the kit to get me all the way down there trouble free. Furthest I've got is Bamber Bridge and the clutch cable gave
up!
Yeah, it wasn't particularly the weather that put me off Newark it was the sheer lack of anything and the heavy subsidising of space by totally
unrelated stalls.
Always found the Newark show to be the friendliest for some reason although Stoneleigh is without a doubt the best as far as exhibits is concerned.
