Just a word to the wise that if you want great service, a customer centric seller and the correct product, DO NOT buy from Aceparts!

I dunno. Out of 172 Thousand customers, only 300 complaints. I bet thats better than some high street retailers.

Dan, it's of course ultimately your choice!

There are many other vendors for what they sell and its nice if fellow forum users share their experiences with each other, this is what adds value.

Feel free to use this seller, I'm just pointing out that I personally have had a less than satisfactory experience!

I had poor service from Asda once - best add them to the blacklist fellow forum members.

Feel free to go shopping there tomorrow though - just pointing out my own isolated experience so its at your own risk!!!

Have to say, I've used them twice now with no problems whatsoever. Bulbs arrived within a few days of ordering them on both occasions.

its easy for a vendor to look good when things go to plan. The important part is how they perform once its gone tits up!

I think I can count on one hand the number of companies I've never had bad service from!

Thus I take it in terms of "generally good" or "generally bad"
