Not sure wheher I'm getting the run around from THESE folk, ordered some filters nearly 2 weeks ago, chased up a couple of times and they seem to struggle to find the order, then say its been passed to the warehouse, and will be delivered in the next 2 or 3 days. But nothing has turned up yet

Anyone used them, and have similar experiences??
