Just a quick note
I have noticed that the car tax is going up 1st april to £205 for the year a rise of £15
this is for engine size car tax so with this in mind i have just taxed mine for the year should if the weather is ok get a run out this weekend in
the car
i wonder what we get for the extra £15?
Bugger all but im on a win win for a change ive saved the £15 by getting it a month early
plus when my tin top tax is due instead of £120 for the year its come down to £90
£45 saving cheers Gordon

I'm sure that there were only two options when I taxed my kit for the first time last year. Is this because it's a Q and therefore considered to be before 2001 for emissions?

Good! thanks!
for the extra £15.00 in Rotherham they have installed a series of speed reducing device, commonly know as POTHOLES rant over
Upside down speed bumps!
Aghhhh the joys of having a tax exempt car
No tax, no emissions test... no hassle
How is tax calculated if you buy a kit car as a turnkey car or a simillar type of low volume car? If the answer is the same, how many cars have to be built to use the new style as I was under the impression Monaros were under the low volume rules so are they on the old system?
