but look at the bright side, where's there's blame, there's a claim.
just goes to show, that most domestic accidents happen at home and probably more injuries than in car racing.

Don't know about anyone else, but personally I'd briefly check that the lift was there before stepping into the shaft! I know he's getting on a bit, but I would have thought it difficult to mistake darkness, concrete and a bunch of steel cables for the interior of your own lift. Strange one, that. Maybe I should read the story...
