If you Google "Neuton tyres" most of the first page of results are people saying "anyone heard of them?"
They are commonly fitted to Saabs as a budget tyre and neobros is a Saabist
^^^ no info., on them; just splahed out £ 126 on a pair of yokos - known brand, best grip in wet and dry, obvously not best for wear but then you can't have everything.

Depends on the model of tyre.
I ran one of my Golfs on A539s.
For competiton purposes, it's down as a list 1a tyre.
This tells you all you need to know. It's a road tyre.
An awesome road tyre in my opinion, but nevertheless no threat to A048s and not something you would ditch your Avon ACB10s in preference for.
So, still Yokohamas, but definitely road tyres as are much of their production.
Incidentally, I got 20,000 miles out of a rear pair and about 10,000 each out of two sets of fronts. Great in the wet or the dry, but like any tyre,
they just felt old and lumpy as they reached the end of their lives.
As a comparison, I ran my old GTM on A032s for a bit and they were mega, so much better than the dunlops road tyres that had been on there previously.
