Is there a way of finding out this information. I just need to check the history of a car i have purchased.

if you text the number plate to 83600 it sends you a mini hpi type check back and that tells you previous owners etc. think it costs about 3 quid.

I got a VW Bora tdi 150, goes well and is fairly frugal too.
