Anyone know anything about them? Ordered some parts off there website over a week ago and heard nothing. The phone just rings and goes to answer phone and don't reply to mesages. Also no email reply?

kit parts direct and gbs have split as of 1st march, i rang last week for some bits they passed me onto gbs for parts, as kitparts direct buy there parts from gbs at the moment. all seems quite amicable, suggest you try gbs number.

It's the same company ????????????


wonder if they are on hard times again

Rang gbs last week, ordered an exhaust manifold. It arrived this morning, so no problem with the service from them.
I did ring kitpartsdirect.com first, they passed me on to gbs.

General advice seems to be to aviod Kit Parts Direct or demand a refund then get the parts from GBSC

Yep posted up on there too as I knew it was part of gbs, bought parts from them before so thought the kitpartsdirect would be ok, I guess not.
Trying to get money back from paypal. Parts ordered via gbs but not the whole order, until money is back.

Right checked my email and found a refund.
The note from Kitparts was "we have been let down by the manufacturer sorry for inconvinience full refund issued"

Funny that as the manufacturer is GBSC who i just ordered from ?????
