have just had a 10 min break from work and took the dog to strech his legs and noticed a Learner driver car parked on the footpath whilst she owner goes to a ATM, then the rozzers pull up and park on zig zags at the side of her get out to have a word with her about it ?

yet the other side of the road theres on street parking and no one parked on it.....

what is it with people ?

I seem to get stuck because of lazy idiots like that all the time. Last time I need cash at night I went to the garage, parked in the propper bays away from the pumps and got my money, as I'm getting in the car a woman in an x5 comes in and parks exactly in the middle between the atm and the pumps so I can't get out.

You see it all the time, and they always try and make out that they're 'the victim' when they get pulled up on it.

Tell me about it, getting some cash from a Tesco ATM, lots of empty bays, a tosser pulls up, parks on the hatched lines gets out, gets cash then goes shopping ... everyone has to drive around his car. Grrr

Grrrrrrrr - I love the people who drive into the Garage, park at a Pump and then get out and go to buy a Pint of Milk.

FFS if you dont want fuel, dont park at and block a pump..... and breathe 1,2
