i want to buy my dad a scooter but dont know what cc he can drive he has a full uk car only and no licence for a motorbike ,i have been told by one guy a 50cc max and by another guy in spain he can ride up to a 125cc.
i know the law in spin changed around 1-2 years ago but cant find out what cc you can ride with no bike licence.
