It's only fixable in the sense of being a donor car. Not fixable in the conventional sense as it's CatB and couldn't be re-registered - which means you are in effect just buying a donor.

In fact it's illegal to sell it as a car, he should really strip everything off the chassis (and chop it up) and sell it as a pallet of bits. Presumably he thinks he can get more money by letting someone think they can put it back on the road.
