Guess how much the part OS-NV-1-K cost?
Its a direct nylon replacement for a standard metal part from a standard vauxhall oil pump.
No idea
£60
Edit: its still cheaper than a whole engine rebuild

Would cost £10 - 20 for 10+ max.
Should be £30 - 50 to buy.
I bet it is more by this thread.
Darren
£10.52
From memory, about £50 for the special nylon one? I heard it wasn't always necessary, and a good cleanup of the OE one usually worked a
treat.
Unless you've got a Calibra with aircon, in which case trying to get the valve out includes removal of AC pump and is a real PITA....
£240?
If it was reasonably priced you probably wouldn't be asking!!
Okay so games aside it was £70. I didnt really have a choice in getting it as my standard item has scored itself to oblivion and I lost all oil
pressure this weekend, luckily it was only at tickover.
It's just a bit of ballache that I've spent todays wages already on something that probably takes a minute to mill out on a CNC machine and
has a production cost measured in pence rather than pounds.
They didn't even have to design the thing so I'm not sure where the value-added cost is.

yes, that is outrageous price but then consider cost of engine rebuild so not so bad eh?
I brought one of these, and then found out that my oil pressure sender was the thing that was actually broken
