Rallysport UK AKA PJM Rallyschool Green Farm near Towcester. Has anyone had any dealings with these people, I had a rally experience day bought for me which was postponed then cancelled. I am struggling to get my refund. I have sent all the info they asked for. When I phoned this morning they put the phone down on me as soon as I mentioned refund and then when I phoned using another phone they promised to ring back and never did.

did you pay by credit card and was it over a hundred pounds? if so, you're sorted. If not it may be worth writing them a letter and sending it recorded delivery detailing the above. Then if it ends up in court you've got proof you've contact them.

My kids bought it using a debit card last November as a Christmas present for me.
I could not get a date until the 3rd July then they cancelled it saying there was problems with thier Integrale and that they would refund me, that was weeks ago.I have emailed a few times, phoned and written with a copy of the voucher.
Not sure if you get the same protection with a debit card?

Start threatening now,a friend had similar with a hot air ballon ride which fair do's is weather permitting,but they kept getting cancelled and never had it and never had a refund.
