My eyes must be bad as I can not see an F50 replica. Are you sure you posted the right link?

scudderfish - 6/10/10 at 01:01 PM

"still needs finishing touches" - Like throwing the match in the petrol tank???

Bluemoon - 6/10/10 at 01:05 PM

I've seen a LOT worse...

AdamR - 6/10/10 at 01:08 PM

Urgh.

I genuinely have no idea what possesses some people to build these sorts of things.

Well I'd agree but having said that I quite like the idea of a replica one of these:

that would be nice, but if the guy who "designed" that F50 was let lose it would look more like this

omega0684 - 6/10/10 at 01:37 PM

what are you talking about man? that looks like a dogs b0ll0cks

loggyboy - 6/10/10 at 02:07 PM

are you confusing the word 'dog' with 'a load of'

Liam - 6/10/10 at 02:38 PM

UUURRRGGHHHHH!!!!

No wonder it's carp though - it was built in 1986. Didn't have a real one to look at until 1995. Too late by then, I guess

There ought to be a hall of shame for these things. Remember that Enzo?... <shudder>, and many more...

nick205 - 6/10/10 at 02:43 PM

"cost $15000" and "only one in the UK"

no kidding!

So maybe the F50 is a replica of this?

boggle - 6/10/10 at 03:04 PM

if my locost looks half as good as that when its finished i will be happy........

gottabedone - 6/10/10 at 04:23 PM

your locost may have more of a chance looking like an F50 than that

Richard Quinn - 6/10/10 at 04:57 PM

Oh come on guys, it isn't that bad.

Just open the link on a very small netbook, put it on the floor at the other end of the room. Poke yourself in both eyes with the finger nail of your index finger (just hard enough to make them water a lot - No permanent damage please!) and then squint at it and you'll be amazed at how much it looks like the real thing. In fact, open two browser windows next to each other on the very small netbook and get up a google image of a real F50 next to it and then do the above and I defy you to be able to tell which is which!
