Swaged Ali Pipes

Can anyone recommend a supplier who will cut ali pipe to size and swage either end (for cooling pipes).

Yep do it, i did all my intercooler pipes that way and they have not blown off with over 1bar of boost inside

search on here. Its a tool from B&Q that isn't in the tools section, slight modification and you can swage pipes with it. Its not perfect, but its ok.

search the forumnae for my version, made from bits of scrap that produces a superior bead to the oyster.

although my photos show it being used in a vice, I have quite successsfullly squeeze it with a pair of plumbers pliers to produce a bead on an aluminium alloy radiator outlet.
