Indy is SORN-ed and all wrapped up for winter
Just pulled everything off my motor today, was thinking about sorning it but think I'll keep it going so I can do legal shake downs etc
May give me a bit of an incentive to get the zetec in quick!
Cheers
Rich
Mines tucked up but still taxed for the dry days we will still get
Just about to SORN the Indy for the first time ever.
I think the doubling of my insurance policy was the straw that broke the camels hump in this instance.
Roll on a big change!
mine is in bits just 3 bolts holding the engine in
so were not going to Silverstone then
I've "SORNED" mine the last three years but this year I thought, fug it, so I taxed it.
Glad I did as today I had a great blast around and maybe it's just me but the roads didn't seem as busy as in the summer, so I had a fun
drive.
Was woolly hat weather though.
Seems a shame just to get 6 months from the insurance.
Might not be many more days like today though I guess.

Just tax'd mine for another 12months on Friday, just as well as it was a wonderful day today.
Good run down to the borders with not a cloud in the sky and very light traffic!!!!

My indy is on sorn for the winter.
Just rebuilt my turbo and am busy modding a blacktop and exhaust manifold to mount the turbo onto.
Roll on april.
Andy.
Last blast in the sun today, sorncheck ed and over the coming months change cylinder head, full over and tidy up ready for next year.
lovely couple of little drives today.
Cold tonight though.
No SORN for me.
Taxed all year round. Ready to go out whenever there's a break in the weather.
I like riding in the winter, as long as it's dry.
The car seems to run better in the cold air, there are fewer doddery day trippers on the road, and everything looks so clear and crisp.
As long as I'm dressed nice and warm, of course!
