CRAIGR - 6/12/10 at 09:22 AM

Robin Hood Kit Car (Damaged) on eBay (end time 15-Dec-10 17:22:12 GMT)

Macbeast - 6/12/10 at 09:27 AM

Ask if the trailer is included ?

balidey - 6/12/10 at 09:28 AM

trailer looks OK

Thinking about it - 6/12/10 at 09:45 AM

It looks like it fell from the sky

And I did'nt know there was that much greenery in Bow either.

graememk - 6/12/10 at 09:50 AM

so thats what happends when you crash a RH light weight.....

lotusmadandy - 6/12/10 at 09:55 AM

THE N/S REAR WHEEL LOOKS OK

Andy

BenB - 6/12/10 at 09:59 AM

Bloody hell. I wonder how much shorter the driver is now

Coil-overs?

graememk - 6/12/10 at 10:02 AM

looks like the driver has been cut out.

gavin174 - 6/12/10 at 10:08 AM

"bit of tank tape and some cable ties..."

that could soon be on the track again...

its only a scratch......

I spotted that - seems like the the concerns over these were founded

but not knowing the details of the impact shouldnt really contract.

"It looks like it fell from the sky "

hahahahaha

i dont think i have ever seen such a mess

speedyxjs - 6/12/10 at 10:39 AM

No wonder he crashed it. He forgot to fit the steering wheel!

handyandy - 6/12/10 at 10:43 AM

I can,t believe he,s asking £700 as BIN price

Tho if that includes the trailer then it,d be worth the inconvenience of dropping off the scrap at the scrap yard on way home
The tie down straps look good

cheers
andy

matt_gsxr - 6/12/10 at 10:54 AM

interestingly the rollbar and fibreglass nose both look fine.

These are normally the first victims.

SPYDER - 6/12/10 at 10:56 AM

To my eyes the front end geometry looks to be an improvement on the non-crashed variant.

mookaloid - 6/12/10 at 10:56 AM

I think your'e all being a bit harsh - if it's a good engine and box etc it could make quite a good donor.

Just goes to show though, the all ally chassis wasn't a great idea. it doesn't look like it's had a hard impact so much as maybe spun and hit the osr wheel on something then kept spinning and hitting the corners.

If anyone has one of these on the road still I would advise that they take it off the road and treat it to nice new steel chassis.

scootz - 6/12/10 at 11:28 AM

The air in the front tyre looks ok!

*Hope the driver was OK... that's a nasty one!

adithorp - 6/12/10 at 01:13 PM

The good bit? I'd have thought that was obvious... It's scrap.

marcjagman - 6/12/10 at 04:07 PM

Got a foam filled petrol tank, hhmmm, where does the petrol go?........ I know, the petrol goes over it then you light a match, now I see.
