Looks like a industry standard Pressure transmitter - Even RS Components do them price varies with Spec and Material

Actually, reading it again it looks like the datalogger is optional
the output is "0.5 - 4.5 Ratiometric" which, reading other parts of the spec, is volts. You will need something to either display this graphically or capture it. Either way, it would be more useful if the "thing" dealing with the output was capable of doing the real time conversion to bar rather than having to tape a calculator to your thigh whilst driving.
