Looks like a industry standard Pressure transmitter - Even RS Components do them price varies with Spec and Material

Raz where does it say that it needs a datalogger to operate? In the description it says that the product is

"Suitable for the measurement and Data Logging of fuel, water, air and hydraulic systems"

I may have misunderstood, but...

"There are 3 leads that come from the sensor: the red lead should be attached to the +5v supply from the Data Logging Unit, the black lead should be connected to the ground connection and the white lead should be connected to an analogue input."

Actually, reading it again it looks like the datalogger is optional

the output is "0.5 - 4.5 Ratiometric" which, reading other parts of the spec, is volts. You will need something to either display this graphically or capture it. Either way, it would be more useful if the "thing" dealing with the output was capable of doing the real time conversion to bar rather than having to tape a calculator to your thigh whilst driving.
