the government employs so many people and pays so much interest on so much debt there is no way everyone can save money by changing fuel. the sad

It may be cheaper per litre, but I'd like to know what it does to your fuel consumption. My understanding is that hydrogen gas has a much lower energy density than petrol. It that gas is further diluted by embedding it in some sort of micro beads, then consumption is going to be worse.
What's the betting that OPEC buy the patents and you never hear of it again?

its no solution anyway, mankinds problem is sourcing energy sustainably. Basically we use far more energy than we realistically 'earn', all we are doing nowadays is borrowing stored energy from the past, in the form of oil. Once planet earth has no more in the bank to lend us, we are back to trying to actually harvest energy as fast as we need it - either nuclear/solar/tidal/wind. This article is really just about a way of moving energy about.
Something like this is whats needed, lets hope it works out! Then all we need to do is find a way to produce all of our electricity as green.

I watched a bbc documentary a few days ago and it mentioned mans fossil fuel usage being the equivilent of 22 billion slaves working 24 hours a day
I say bring it on. What's the rate of tax the "goverment" steal? 65%? Let them! Let Cella rake it in by selling it for 30p at the pump, then add the bit for their cigars and brandy and we'll still be laughing. If they start taking the Michael with the tax then they can sell machines that make it at home and they can only tax the machine
22 Billion slaves would create a LOT of greenhouse gases!
