You reckon?
Nice idea, but I'd look a complete knob in one. (It doesnt take much)
they look too high up,
I reckon they need to slammed to the ground like the actual dodgems.
but where's his pointy hat?
never see me dead in something like that...
IMHO it would make you look like a right 2@ - OK if you go for the bling, trashy sit-on lawn mower look, I s'pose
The other bigger problem is that i doubt a Jag engine would fit
In the early 70s my brother and his mates built a drag car, very basic ladder chassis, wheely bars, fiddle brakes.
It ran a reverse mounted 1850 Maxi engine on twin Su's, the weight of the engine was well back in the chassis, so the only way to steer it once
you gave it the gun was with the fiddle brakes, as the front wheels were a foot off the deck.
It was called "Dodge Um" and entertained at the Santa Pod rwyb meets.
All were raced at an old airstrip in Northumberland, when health & safety didnt exist, and nobody gave a shit.
My brothers mate built a 1/3 scale Willys Jeep on a similar chassis, it also did 2 foot high wheelies...
"Dodge Um"
Same meet ,Not sure who this is , but you get the idea...
^^^ Love that!!!
Not sure i would want to be doing wheelies without a stabaliser bar on the back though!
Urgh!
But who cares what the rest of us thinks!
Could be cool in Eastbourne ( cool in Eastbourne what am I sayin' , it would look as if you have escaped from FortFun!!!

I'd like to build a dodgem as a toy but I wouldn't be raising it up like that. Would have to be standard ride height, wheels hidden behind
the bodywork, so it looked authentic.
Also a pole with a sparkler on the top would add to the fun
