Anyone had their car serviced by these people?

My Focus is due for its annual service, but I want to maintain my warranty. The local Ford garage is asking £189 for an interim service - these people are quoting £120.

Trusting my car to someone who's going to drive it away, do the work in some unknown garage and bring it back later worries me...

Ask around for recommendations to find a local independant. As long as they're VAT registered and use OE quality parts your warrenty stays valid. These internet firms are just a call centre type operation with a slick web site. they farm it all out to independants at very tight margins, so you'll get no favours done by the garage and all info going either way will be third hand.

So - anyone know a good independent garage in the Ipswich area who does Fords?
