Can anyone help me with identifying a VDO sensor?

It's 0-10bar and is stamped 32/3 and 4.06 on the nut.

Just looked one up recently. I believe the 32/3 refers to the end of the part number ie 032-003. That should get you started. There are literally hundreds.
