My friend has been awarded an F430 for a few days and is coming up to me (in Oxford) to have some fun, but I haven't explored the area for driving roads, so are there any gems out there?
Head up into the cotswolds - amazing roads - wide and well sited in places, twisty and technical in others. Plus very few cameras and lots of great pubs (or tea shops!)...
What twybrow said head for places like Stow-on-the-wold and you can't really go wrong lots of nice twisty bits and some nice straights.
you could do a round trip by heading for chipping norton then stow then take the A429 towards cheltenham and go back on the A40 if time is short.
Yup, just spent the weekend in Cotswolds. Blooming lovely twisty roads as well as some nice sweeping roads. Only downside is the stone walls are often awfully close and would be pretty unforgiving. But hey, someone else's car And on the bigger roads you'll get loads of lorries going to Cheltenham that can't handle the twisties
I've no idea on the roads but...
How do you get "...awarded an F430 for a few days..." ?
Just to add
If you decide to go near bourton there is a nice pub by the river to sit outside if its sunny, can even have a paddle in the river
There is also a car museum in Bourton. I've not been but here is the website
Might make a nice stop off.

Thanks for the suggestions! Don't think it'll matter too much where we go tbh, be fun whatever!
The B4494 Newbury to Wantage is a bit short but one of the best roads around Oxfordshire/Berkshire and the on quickest part you can see for miles
