what battery are people using for a bike powered kit.i have a 893cc fireblade engine and a car battery but the battery goes flat.been told the alternator on bike may not be able to charge it correctly.what battery does other bike engine kits use or is there something out there that could help to keep battery charged up.

lot of people use an optimate but i've never bothered and mine has been through 3 winter layups without even needing charging
