You'd have to add a lot more than a bit of orange to make it look like one of those. 
I wouldn't ruin a perfectly good car....
I like the GT3 RS as a car.
But if I could afford one, I'd pay more to lose the stickers and have black wheels. I think it looks good, but only on a track car.
If you do that to your car, you'll ruin it's sale value IMHO
If you want to become a 'boy racer' do it.

As tempting as it is, I deliberated long and hard about following a colour theme on my project, in the end sticking with standard colours for the
chassis, hoses, engine, piping, grip tape and anything else that's on the car. As its a exocar by changing the colour of a few key panels I can
now change the whole look of the car without any major hassle or clashes with blue hoses red manifolds and yellow grip tape.

Why not give it a go and see how it looks in the flesh! Start with the decals as they won't cost much, and as you say, you can rip them off if
it ends up looking naff. If you like them, then get the wheels to the powder-coater!

In answer to your question/header, Yes, but who cares.
Why not instead of orange do a running bi/tri colour stripe from white red and green. A bit more italian, and might look good on the alfa! You can then get white or red wheels depending on how lairy you want it to be.
Forget it mate, Louise will never allow it anyway

My opinion for what its worth is that you should try it and see how it looks, if it looks like a penis extension then take them off, easy....
