What a waste of a life, and possibly more

Every day i, read the the BBc news, somwhere daily, i am virtualy reduced to tears
We as a race, are appaling,

how can anyone do this, on purpose?

Yes , a truely sad story, but it only takes one madman to create havoc these days. A car ( or van, as in this case) , as is often said to be a loaded weapon, and no different to someone with a gun. It just takes someone to become slightly unhinged to create a death rampage.

Sad story, but hopefully rare.

Sadly with all the cut backs theres no more care in this country for the mentally ill and this has to be one of the sad consequences.

It's not just this story that's upsetting but the amount of people we now read about who kill their children as revenge on a ex-partner. Some things are just too hard to take in at times and you do wonder what makes people lose all sense of rational thinking.

Agreed. I'd almost say that we shouldn't need to worry about strangers anymore, it's always known people or family members. April is one that really got to me recently, it just seemed so pointless.

I'm in a similar situation to that, other way round though, waiting for it to happen...
