gavin174 - 3/11/12 at 06:27 PM

evening all

starting the winter mods on the race truck ready for next year...

I am after a 24v solar charge system to charge the lorry batteries and the auxillary batteries if possible
I have spotted this on ebay

50w 12/24V Dual Battery Solar Charger with Bosch Solar Cells, Diode &' 5M Cable

seems cheap, and makes me think cheap is not good....

any one had any experience....

Bit concerned about the volts... Says 24 volts but ax is 21 volts...

Not very efficient..

Mine does not work in the dark!
but even dull days does produce power, so as a top up, find it very usefull
