This is a hoax i think........

the picture is from 2006, at Morges, Switzerland
however, it also has a much bigger sister camera.

I thought the reference to 'covert design' was the fact it was covered with LCB logo's!

yeah every image is covert on LCB at the moment ,don't know what is going on!

oh though that was just my computer doing that

I thought hidden cameras were illegal any way, and thats why they're sign posted.

if they start sticking those on the roads im starting a campaign for national remove your number plate day. there has to be a point where enough is enough.
