Garage thieves do me a favour - well sort off!

A while back I posted about a garage break-in. Well I have spent a small fortune on re-stocking my tools (uninsured) and bought myself, amongst others, a set of Mastertools ratcheting ring spanners. After a month I can already tell that they are going to be one of my favourite tools ever - what a pleasure for working in confined spaces where there is not much swing space as they have a fairly fine ratchet so even with minimal swing you can make some progress.

Time will tell on the quality side however.

Also bought some ratcheting axle stands which is something I wanted for a while and make life easier.

Yeah, I've got a set of them - they were a present, I wouldn't have bought them myself, but they are great - especially when space is tight, as you said. They have a tiny ratcheting mechanism - however, I have found on the small ones, (8mm mainly) the ratchet ring can slide out sideways.

Trust you're going to put razor wire around the garage and electrify the door handles?
Cheers, Pewe

I have a set of Halfords ratchet ring spanners with flexible heads, great quality and not expensive if you buy them on special offer, which they do from time to time. Don't know how I managed without them before I got them.
