Autel MS509
Has live data capability and graphing facility, Reads present and peding codes, really pleased with mine

If its just to read codes and reset then I got a plug powered one off EBay for £5.99 I think it was and it worked well.

Provided your car is OBD II compliant Any model by Autel or Memoscan that reads live Data and freeze frame ie Autel MS310 or MS509 or Memoscan U581 or U585
However make 100% your car is compliant before ordering .

Bought a cheapish Ebay Code Reader (Chinee .. Dohh!) Turns out the supplied on a CD Software was a Virus colony.
Binned the lot.
