Hi#
Im after anyone with a classic mini, who could measure between the wiper spindles for me ?
Plan is to fit a 2 speed mini/Lucas motor to the fiat.
Thank You
Too cold, dark & snowy to go out and look at my mini at the moment.
The mini spindle spacing should be easy to change - just cut the outer tubes, re-flare and fit the wheel boxes at the required distance apart.

Dont worry too much as they can be shortened. Just make sure you position the spindles correctly for the sweep of the wipers. I had mine slightly out and the drivers side one just goes over the screen frame.
ideal,,
as long as they can be shortened i will just but one - cheers guys
Yeap, I shortened and flared one for the kit car

At the risk of being shot down Ivan, what is wrong with using the fiat wiper system?
Cheers

Hi
Without wishing to hijack post, I was wondering if I could ask a few questions regarding fitment.
How do the wheel boxes attach to scuttle and what distance apart do they need to be?
I purchased a second hand motor with bundy tube, wheel boxes and wiper arms. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to attach wheels to
scuttle. It's an aluminium scuttle if it makes any difference.
All help appreciated
