I'm looking into getting an S2000 and I'm wondering if anyone has any definitive info on the road tax brackets
I know the 2001 S2000 falls under the £200 and somethng a year tax, however I'm not sure what year this runs until before i goes up to about
£460
Anyone got any ideas?
April 2012 according to this;

After 1st March 2001 registration, tax is calculated by emissions. £220 per annum before then.

So it looks like anything up to March 2006 will be a max of £270
Good stuff!
If it's for a donor then the tax bracket will still be done from engine size using the old system as far as I understand the workings of the system.

Yeah this isn't for a donor, this is to buy the car
Glad that's cleared up!
Cheers guys
Not about mounting brackets for tax disc holders after all then.
