Could Tim Shaw - the tool who used to do fifth gear - be any more irritating? what a d1ck!!!!

Yes, there is a show on either national geographic or discovery (I think its discovery) which compares the biggest/best of a number of different machines and buildings (i.e. trains, cars, skyscrapers, earth-movers, blah blah blah). In that he's one of several annoying commentators who blurt out meaningless tosh that was already stated by the narrator.

The reason he's so annoying in that is that he somehow tricked them into giving him the title "Engineer and Inventor". I don't think either of them are true!

Agreed, good show, good presenter - Fuzz ruined by that twonk - Tim Shaw.

wasn't he the geezer who's missus dumped him and sold his motor (lotus or cossie or somat) on ebay for peanuts???

agreed, most of the motoring programmes i watch have an annoying presenter or two, just aint "entertainment" otherwise

As in Fuzz ex member of Pop Will Eat Itself? I'd heard he'd gone into cars but I didn't know he's on TV

The very same, by all accounts a very good classic car restorer

I've just watched the Austin 12 one, which would have been great without Tims quips, his comments are neither humorous or informative, Shame because I think Fuzz has a real love for the 'old stuff' yet Tim seems to think he knows better.

As stated elsewhere on here, I really like the concept of the show, in helping folks out - without the need for 'fake' buyers on another certain restoration show
