At my work place we have a new (2012 plate) Ford Transit minibus to run people back and forth to the station.
It's now not possible to open the rear door from the inside. (From outside it works as expected).
Someone told me that someone's activated the child lock 'as a joke'.
However I can't find how to de-activate the child lock (if it even has one?). I've even resorted to the owners manual and there's
little mention of child locks and the 1 diagram there is doesn't appear to match with the actual door!
Anyone able to help me please?
Thanks!
James
try opening the door from the outside and you may find a lock that the ignition key goes into,we have that system on our rubbish connects, thank god i have a fiat doble to drive and not some pile of junk with a ford badge and a 60,s smokey can of nails under the bonnet !......and breath
