My tin-top needs 2 new tyres (just ordered them, being fitted Wednesday).
Went out this morning and found that I had a slow puncture... in one of the 2 remaining good tyres!
It was fixable, thankfully.
Isn't it always the way?
Fingers crossed they aren't uber expensive run flats. i replaced one recently to get a flat in one of my better tyres! Not happy - but managed to get a pair of good ones off ebay.
if that were my car I'd get 2 punctures in the 2 new tyres within a week of fitting them
(its happend to me 4 times now
)
It's a statistical fact that you don't get punctures in worn tyres, regardless of where you drive that nail/tack/sharp bump in the road will
always aim for the tyre with the most tread on it...

Some poor sod at work today was having a mobile fitter put a pair of tyres on, and he's put the jack through the sump!
