To me it looks like what I imagine Caterham would be building now if they had stuck with the Series 4 Lotus 7 squared off shape instead of swiftly reverting to the Series 3 as they did.

Like the wheels and windscreen rake. Although it looks quite angular the headlights are the worst aspect for me. Lack of roll bar looks different.
