Hi all

I had my 2008 Mondeo MOT'd yesterday, and it passed,
but today, while driving the esp light is on (switched off) and even with resetting it, switching ign off etc, it will still
now and again come on

I am presuming, something has been knocked or moved, but were??

Is it only the ESP light, or does the ABS light illuminate as well? If it does then it's most likely wheel sensor related, and a common fault on the Mk4 is the front wheel sensor connectors corroding internally due to water ingress. The cable itself can be damaged as well, allowing water in.
