I'm going over on a night crossing tuesday 10th and staying in bleu nord camp site

Any body else going this year?

I'm going! Staying at Bleu nord too. We are going down on Thursday, crossing at dover.

Will be me in my kit, a slightly modified Lotus Exige and a Pontiac Firebird.

Yes - Thursday 7am crossing from Dover to Calais.

Camping at the Houx.

Being a wuss and driving down in a company diesel bmw. Dull, but makes the journey easier (and you can get lots of lager and cheese into it)

Will keep an eye out for you Andy, might pop over and say hi.

There are 9 of us going this year, last year was 18! We will have a vauxhall vivaro van, E90 coupe and my E91 tourer. Would love to take the kit but just isn't going to be through iva in time.

Do you go into town on the friday to watch the drivers parade?

would be good to meet up with fellow locosters!! Its my first time going but the other two have been several times, so not too sure of the plan but I think we might be going to the PH Friday service and then drivers Parade.

Going to be an epic trip in the kit, only got a half roof, no side screens so ear protectors and a hat!

Really looking forward to it, as well as a five day break from the wife and kids!!!

You'll have a great time, this is my 4th year.

Also it's open pit lane on the friday, always worth a look on your way to the tram station to get in to town. It's always very busy down there as you can imagine but a good opportunity to get close to the cars.

I take it your going dover-calais?? That will definitely be an epic drive in the kit. I'm going portsmouth-caen, its a longer crossing but less driving once in france.
