Yup. Saw a pure white RR convertible on Saudi plates whilst walking round central London this lunchtime. Tiniest reg plate you've ever seen. No chance they're going to get ANPR'd. Didn't do it for me though- the sill was really quite high- guess that's what happens when you get a massively heavy car and chop the roof off.
