"Does a normal sweeping brush fit in each hole? Looking for a bracket for my sweeping brushes"

I was quite astounded and can't work out whether he is serious or not!!!!!

Tell him it has several holes, so by using a bungee it adjusts to fit many waist sizes, and by inserting a broom in each runner he can sweep the floor four times faster whilst walking around, than the traditional single broom up the ar$e method.

I reckon genuine, it's a novel way to store your brushes on the back of your Transit if your a petrol head, I bet the first person to say I want to make a coffee table out of that V8 led in the corner of the scrap yard raised some eyebrows

Possibly, but you would need to check the size of your penis - the inside diameters of the runners are 38mm. Don't forget to measure your friend's too as up to 4 of you can share the manifold.
