It would certainly take some doing to get one through an IVA. However, I would imagine most of the ones they sell will be used to "re-shell" old rally cars and they will never go near an IVA centre.

Why would it take a lot to get through IVA?

Plenty of kit cars get new plates,with builders that are good at producing DIY invoices

Surely the outside of a Escort is easier to sort out than a seven type car!?

And the interior wouldn't be a problem
