Just like to publicly thank Sean aka IndyBird.
It's relatively easy to get a bit of thanks when things go smoothly - but it's only when something goes wrong (even if it's not their
fault) that you find out who the decent people are.
I'll not go into details, but can only be totally impressed and appreciative of the way Sean has dealt with a problem that arose recently -
something that was not directly his fault, but that he was ultimately responsible for.
He could have been awkward (especially when I was not a particularly happy bunny) - but quite the opposite - he was very helpful and did his utmost to
resolve the issue even when it meant he was out of pocket.
Anyone who deals on the web, and forums in particular, relies heavily on 'reputation' and 'feedback' - so all I can say is that
Sean has a very well deserved and very high reputation in my book and I can wholeheartedly recommend him as a genuine person to deal with.
I'll second that.
Thats what I love about this forum, the majority of members are more than willing to offer help and assistance where ever they can and even put
themselves out to help others.
Well done Sean
