I bid on an item (best offer) in Cheltenham but to cut a long story short, the chap refused to deliver even when he's offered it in the first place (I didn't spot he'd accepted the lower offer with the condition). Now I need to ship a long heavy exhaust from there to me.

I've got anyvan and shiply on the case but it's still looking to cost about 90 quid so far, and that's if I can get the guy to wrap it.

Does anyone have any alternatives? I'm not in a rush for delivery but his end is more restrictive due to business hours etc.
