What standard size washer is this

I'm looking for .45" ID X .85" OD washers and can't find what standard size to ask for. Nut & Bolt places in South Africa can''t or won't help me.

Have Googled it with no luck.

M12 washer with 22mm diameter

Or M12 penny washer

Near enough 11mm internal, 22mm external. Maybe 7/16" imperial?
