but I also hope that some of the mods that make it possible for him, can be rolled back into mods for many other people who have mobility issues in ordinary road cars.

This is amazing! What an example to others! Not just the comeback but also so soon after and with such success! wow!!

I was marshalling at Oulton Park yesterday. I was very impressed with Billy's performance.
A fellow marshal met Billy and said what a great inspiration he was for the sport. I wish him all the success he deserves.
