Hi I don't know if this is a new scam or not but my daughter has just been told she has a refund as she payed to much on her road tax she doesn't Evan have a car

Pretty much an ongoing thing. Although for us the lockdown seems to have drawn them out of the woodwork, we're getting a fair few more calls and emails for various scams.
