I know that there are a few EV owners on here, so this might be useful.
Background:
Our wonderful environmentally-friendly government has decided that EVs should pay Vehicle Excise Duty (VED, a.k.a. road tax) from April 2025.
If you own an EV you might like to consider paying your VED before the end of March this year, so that you'll be paying £0 in 2025. This video
explains it...

I've done my car, but didn't bother with my wife's one as hers was only 'taxed' last month. Also, I don't to pay 2 VEDs
in one month in the future!
I should point out that I'm not surprised that the government has done this but, like everyone else, I hate losing a freebie!

shorly you could wait 'till next year, and sorn it for a day in march 25, then renew at zero rate before the the increase.
